The turntable shown in this original ad is the Symphonic Line, custom made in any color, and weighing in at 160 lbs of machined T6 solid aluminum. The Power Transformer, circuit board, and motor are in 3 separate housings. The turntable section therefore becomes a huge flywheel, the mass of which dampens out any other irregularities. Resonances are way below the audio passband. The adjustment knobs and record weight are all gold plated. The Tonearm system is the Grahm 1.5T, an astonishing work of art in itself, in matte black and gold. The Cartridge is the absolute top of the line Symphonic Line RG-8, the manufacturing details of which would take up 30 pages. This system is fed into a Symphonic Line preamp, and then on into the rest of the system, whatever it may be.

The phono system in its entirety lists for $27,000, in any color except diamond pave, which, understandably, is somewhat extra. This includes complete custom setup and advice; the results are spectacular.

The turntable really is a deep purple with a touch of metallic gold powder.
